There aren’t enough synonyms for “sweet” to describe Becca & Hayden! I first met Becca at Samantha‘s bridal shower and when she contacted me about photographing their wedding at the New Hampshire Audubon next summer, I could not contain my excitement! A lot of that had to do with the way Becca talked about the fields of flowers – I’m already dreaming of their portraits! It felt like we waited years for their engagement session and meeting them in person for the first time was just as delightful as all our communication up until then!

It goes without saying that I love sunrise sessions more than sunset sessions. The world is quieter, the light is beautiful, and there’s something so perfectly romantic about starting the day with a couple in love. Sunrise engagements just feel a little different and I was so excited that Becca & Hayden agreed to an early morning shoot at the Arnold Arboretum at Harvard. We saw the best foliage and fall weather, all before 9am and a giant rain storm that came immediately after! I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
