This has been a love story more than five years in the making! Christina & Dan met and fell in love what seems like instantly and when they found out they were expecting, decided to invest every piece of themselves and their lives into starting their new family. They were married surrounded by the most incredibly supportive family and friends just a few months shy of welcoming their adorable baby boy into their lives.

Since then, Christina has dreamed of the day that Danny would propose, on one knee with a gorgeous engagement ring, like she had always wished for. When Danny whisked her away to celebrate their five year anniversary, she certainly wasn’t expecting to hear him finally whisper the words she had been waiting to hear! He presented her with the most gorgeous diamond ring and lovingly told her there wasn’t a single person he would rather have spent the last five years with. Ah, so romantic!

When they returned from their trip, we quickly made plans to reenact Dan’s proposal so that Christina would always have tangible memories of their engagement. I can’t even tell you how badly this mini session makes me want to photograph a live proposal! Even a couple days after their private engagement, these moments were so emotionally charged and it was such a beautiful thing to witness!
